At Hamacas Artesanales, we take great pride in the quality and design of our products. Each piece is crafted using ancestral techniques and impeccable standards to exceed your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please see the procedures below:

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

  • Request Period: You must notify us of your intent to exchange or return the product within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible, the hammock must be in optimal condition: it must not have been washed, used, or treated with any chemical processes.
  • Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for customized products or items showing evident signs of misuse or damage by the customer.

Refund Process

  1. Request: Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos showing the current state of the product.
  2. Evaluation: Once we receive the physical product at our facilities, we will verify that it meets the conditions mentioned above.
  3. Resolution: If the return is approved, you may choose to exchange the item for a product of equal value or one of higher value by paying the difference.

Shipping Costs

Please note that transportation costs generated by the return or exchange process are not covered by Hamacas Artesanales, unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
