1. Manufacturing Process (Weaving)

• Commencement: Once your payment is confirmed and deposited, our artisans begin the personalized weaving process.
• Production Lead Time: As these are 100% handmade products, the weaving time ranges from 1 to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the selected design.
• Notification: We will notify you via email as soon as your hammock is finished and ready for dispatch.

2. National Shipping (Colombia)

For deliveries within Colombia, we partner with the country's most reliable carriers:

• Shipping Management: Dispatches are handled through third-party transport services such as Interrapidisimo and Servientrega.
• Estimated Delivery Times: Once the product is handed over to the carrier, shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days for major cities.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order in real-time via the carrier’s portal.

3. International Shipping

• Destinations: We ship globally to bring Colombian tradition to every corner of the world.
• Times and Costs: International transit times vary by destination country (generally between 5 and 12 business days after dispatch).
• Duties and Taxes: Any import costs, customs duties, or taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Liability and Updates

• Third-Party Management: Although transportation services are provided by external companies, Hamacas Artesanales is committed to monitoring your shipment to ensure it reaches your hands.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, transport strikes, or carrier logistics issues); however, we are always ready to assist you in managing any incidents that may arise.
